借題發揮一下,文長慎入
昨天看了一篇新聞後,覺得案件應該不單純:
「太魯閣客運綠能巴士上路 年底可望開進國家公園」(自由時報2016.9.7)
其實台灣不僅電動車生不出來,會不會其實整個電動車產業默默的快被滅團了?
-----------------------前情提要--------------------------------------
遙想2年前,在電動小轎車推廣計畫徹底失敗後,
行政院立刻將希望轉往電動巴士,因此宣布推動電動巴士10年1萬輛計畫,

期望透過購車補助趕快扶植國內電動巴士業者讓他們頭好壯壯。
1年過去了,多少會看到一些電動巴士在路上趴趴走,
外面的車貼還印有MIT字樣,一開始還覺得與有榮焉,
但深入了解後才知道,因為技術成熟度的關係,
裡面重要的零件基本上都買對岸現成的(包含底盤、馬達、電池都是),
運進台灣再組裝起來,就變成各位眼前精美的電動巴士了。
當然曾經也有100%台灣研製的電動巴士,但後來倒了還被對岸買走...

今年4月,台中市則多了可愛的布丁狗電動公車K9,
立法院副院長等人還參加了由凱勝綠能、捷順交通舉辦的啟動典禮,

車型一看就知道是比亞迪K9,當下這些官員或許還不知情,
想想十分諷刺呀。
就在昨天,凱勝綠能與太魯閣客運的電動巴士開始在花蓮營運,
花蓮縣長等人也出席了啟動典禮,
但車型一看發現也是比亞迪K9...
再加上之前苗栗也用同一款車,
讓本魯不禁有些懷疑...
如果客運業者沒有政府的補助,
應該不太會直接買國外(自製比例偏低)的車子(因為很貴),
但凱勝綠能、太魯閣客運、捷順交通並非大公司,
在沒有政府的奧援下卻願意直接買進對岸的車來營運,
會不會其實凱勝綠能就是比亞迪在台灣設立的子公司?(從官網看覺得可能是)
而太魯閣客運、捷順交通也與比亞迪具有一定程度的合作關係?
或是其實政府已經放寬補助標準了嗎?
如果都是,是否意味對岸電動巴士產業已經從零件入侵,
擴大到整車+代理商+客運業者+高官一條龍式的入侵?
國內電動車技術不如對岸已是不爭的事實,
但在這種情況下國內電動車業者還有搞頭嗎?
當鄧艾的大軍已經開到阿斗家門口了,姜維該如何是好?
